You are divided into two groups. One group begins by preparing your three-course dinner together with our chefs in the restaurant kitchen. The other group joins one of our sommeliers down in the small wine cellar. There you will learn more about food and beverage pairings and taste suitable beverages (with or without alcohol) for the dinner. After a while, you switch places. A fun and educational afternoon that brings the team together.

Gliding slowly across the water in Kalmarsund and enjoying the stillness and silence is the ultimate nature experience. Do not be surprised if a seal appears in the water to greet you as you paddle among the islands in the Värnanäs archipelago.
After paddling, a both nourishing and warming coffee break awaits at our table under the oak tree down by the sea.
The activity must be pre-booked well in advance. A maximum of 10 persons can paddle at the same time.

The price includes a map, 5 canoes, paddles and life jackets, as well as a brief introduction on how to paddle a canoe and an outdoor coffee break.
Simple and functional training, inspired by various forms of exercise, outdoors and using nature as equipment. Training that is easy to adapt to your own daily condition and suitable for all ages with both strength and cardio. Sessions are approximately 60 minutes. No prior experience required.

THE OAK
Fitness training combined with strength exercises and stretching along the forest path. We depart from Stufvenäs Gästgifveri to the oak tree. Total distance approximately 1 km.
THE BEACH
Fitness training combined with strength exercises and stretching on the beach. We depart from Stufvenäs Gästgifveri to Fulvik sandy beach. Total distance approximately 2 km.
THE BOATHOUSE
Circuit fitness with strength training and concluding stretch on the grass by Kalmarsund and our boathouse.
FOREST CALM
A relaxing session with gentle movements and focus on breathing during a relaxed walk in the Stufvenäs surroundings.
Take a walk (approximately 1 km round trip to the main building) and experience the magnificent Stufvenäs oak, which is approximately 800 years old. According to the County Administrative Board, the oak is Småland’s second largest with a circumference of 9.7 meters.
The path to the oak winds through the beautiful deciduous forest and passes several different tree species along the way. The path is equipped with benches so you can sit down and enjoy nature for a while.
Perfect for a walk or a group meeting on foot. If you would like to bring coffee or lunch along the way, we will arrange it.
The nature trail is 1.6 km and includes physical exercises for groups with spring in their step. Running and doing the physical exercises is free.
We have reflective vests and headlamps to lend out, so do not let the darkness stop you.
Would you like to do a quiz walk with the company? Price 1,000 SEK excluding VAT for replacement and printing/lamination of your own quiz round if you wish.
15 codes are hidden in different locations in Stufvenäs’ beautiful surroundings. The first code at the reception shows the next location you should find; when you have found the next code, it shows you a new location. You continue until you have visited all 15 locations. The code hunt is just under two kilometers and concludes in direct connection to the inn.
The code hunt is a fun activity that you complete independently, where you work as a team and use your collaborative skills.
