Cancellation policy for conferences & other group bookings
Up to 4 weeks before arrival: No charge
4-2 weeks before arrival: 75% of the agreed price
Less than 2 weeks before arrival: Full charge
Cancellations must be made in writing to us.
Cancellation policy for Christmas buffet group bookings
Up to 4 weeks before arrival: No charge
4-2 weeks before arrival: 75% of the agreed price
Less than 2 weeks before arrival: Full charge
Adjustment of numbers: Free of charge up to 10% of the total number three days prior.
External services
For external services such as activity companies, performers, and transportation, Stufvenäs Gästgifveri’s cancellation policies do not apply; instead, the subcontractor’s cancellation policies will be in effect.
