Småland’s Stufvenäs has much to offer, and here you do not need to travel far to be enriched by nature experiences. With birdsong and joy right outside the door, there are many activities to create memories around – and that are worth looking forward to.
Join us outdoors and kickstart your body in the morning before the day’s activities begin.
Monday–Sunday 9:30–10:00 AM, we run a training session at Sjöboden. Circuit training outdoors using your own body as equipment. Dress according to the weather. The session is led by our skilled spa therapists, and no prior experience is required. Bring a water bottle. Meet at the hotel reception.
The session is free for hotel guests and must be pre-booked or canceled by 6 PM the day before.
Every day throughout the summer, we offer activities for all the senses. Everything from working up a sweat in the forest to enjoying a taste experience of an exciting wine at a wine tasting with one of our skilled sommeliers. Or why not take a dip in the pool and then end the evening on the balcony in our cocktail lounge.
On warm days, a dip in Kalmarsund can be refreshing. Fulvik beach offers shallow and lovely sandy beaches, only a ten-minute walk from Stufvenäs.
The nature trail is 1.6 km and features a tricky quiz walk you can solve along the way. Sometimes there are physical exercises on the posts for the energetic.
Take a walk and experience the magnificent Stufvenäs oak, which is approximately 800 years old. According to the County Administrative Board, the oak is Småland’s second largest with a circumference of 9.7 meters.
The path to the oak winds through the beautiful deciduous forest and passes several different tree species along the way. There are benches along the path where you can sit down and enjoy nature for a while.
